  • No. Our products are not a replacement for therapy or clinical care.

    They are designed to support and extend the work—whether that’s personal growth on your own or progress happening within a therapeutic relationship. Many of our tools are created in collaboration with or informed by licensed professionals, but they are intended as educational and supportive resources.

  • We serve three primary audiences:

    • Individuals seeking personal growth, clarity, and emotional tools

    • Practitioners who want resources to support their client work

    • Creative builders who want meaningful, ready-to-use design assets for their own products

  • Most tools offer insight. Ours are designed for application.

    Every product is created with the intention of helping you use what you’re learning—in real time, in real relationships, and in real situations. We combine psychological insight, practical structure, and thoughtful design so the work doesn’t stop at awareness.

Products & Usage

  • We offer a range of digital resources including guides, worksheets, visual tools, affirmation sets, workbooks and design collections.

    Each product is created to be clear, practical, and easy to integrate into daily life—whether you’re using it personally, professionally, or creatively.

    We also offer physical merchandise that encourage mindful living in a gentle but fun manner.

  • Our tools are designed to be simple, repeatable, and accessible.

    You can use them as daily reminders, reflection prompts, session support tools, or decision-making frameworks—depending on the product. Most are intentionally structured to be revisited over time, not just used once.

  • Yes. Our products are designed to meet you where you are.

    You don’t need prior knowledge of psychology or personal development to benefit from them. At the same time, they are substantive enough to be valuable for those with more experience or professional backgrounds.

  • Both.

    Many of our products are designed for individual use, while others are created specifically for practitioners. You can absolutely use our tools on your own—but they can also be enhanced when used alongside therapy, coaching, or guided support.

Practitioner Questions

  • This license allows:

    • Use of a digital product with your own active clients

    • Print or digitally distribute selected pages to clients

    • Integrate exercises into individual sessions, groups, workshops, or courses

    • Reference and adapt the framework within your professional practice

    This license does not allow:

    • Selling or distributing the journal as a stand-alone product

    • Uploading or sharing the full file publicly

    • Rebranding, editing, or claiming authorship

    • Including the full resource in paid memberships or courses without written permission

    Premium Practitioner Use License for Digital Products

    Includes the Practitioner Use license allowances as well as:

    • Including the full resource in paid memberships or courses

    • Selling or distributing the journal as a stand-alone product to clients with individual license only, provided the selling price reflects the same price sold at Core Matters Creative Center or higher

    • Core Matters Creative Center branding and authorship must remain on product

  • You can incorporate them into sessions as teaching tools, assign them between sessions for continued reflection, or include them as part of your client support materials.

    They are designed to help extend the work beyond the room, where real integration happens

  • Yes—with a practitioner license, you can share materials with your clients for their personal use.

    This allows you to provide structured, high-quality resources without needing to create everything from scratch.

  • No. Our materials are licensed for use, not resale or rebranding.

    You may use them within your work, but the original design and content must remain intact and cannot be altered or claimed as your own.

  • Yes, we do offer a Premium Practitioner Use License for Digital Products.

    Includes the Practitioner Use license allowances as well as:

    • Including the full resource in paid memberships or courses

    • Selling or distributing the journal as a stand-alone product to clients with individual license only, provided the selling price reflects the same price sold at Core Matters Creative Center or higher

    • Core Matters Creative Center branding and authorship must remain on product

Creative Builders & Licensing

  • You can use our design assets to create a wide range of products, including:

    • Print-on-demand items (apparel, mugs, tote bags, wall art)

    • Digital products (planners, journals, worksheets, downloads)

    • Social media and marketing content

    These designs are created to be both meaningful and market-ready.

  • Yes, a commercial use license allows you to:

    • Use the designs on products you sell (physical or digital)

    • Incorporate them into your own branded offerings

    • Create and market finished goods without additional fees

    Not permitted: reselling, redistributing, or claiming the original design files as your own.

  • Yes. You are allowed to use the designs on both physical and digital products for sale.

    They are specifically created for creators who want to build, sell, and scale products more efficiently.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original design files as standalone assets. (These files do not come with MRR (Master Resell Rights).

    The designs must be used as part of a finished product, not sold or transferred in their original form.

Orders & Access

  • After purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to download your files.

    You’ll also receive a confirmation email with your download links for easy access anytime.

  • Most products include a combination of PNG, JPG, and/or PDF files, depending on the product type.

    Each listing will clearly outline exactly what formats are included.

  • Due to the nature of our digital products, all digital sales are final.

    If you experience any issues with your files, please reach out — we’re happy to help ensure you receive what you purchased.

    All physical merchandise products are handled per Printful policy:

    Key Aspects of Printful's Return Policy

    • Damaged/Defective Items: If a product is damaged or defective, Printful provides a free replacement or a refund to your Printful Wallet, often without requiring a return.

    • Report Window: Problems must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost items.

    • Incorrect Address/Unclaimed: Printful is not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If returned to their facility, you are liable for the cost of reshipment.

    • Buyer’s Remorse: Returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color are not accepted, as all items are made to order.

    • Return Address: Returns are sent to a Printful facility by default.

    • Exceptions: For orders shipped to Brazil, customers can return products within 7 days of receipt.

    • Order Cancellation: If an order is still in the "Waiting for fulfillment" phase, you can cancel it for a full refund.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original design files as standalone assets. (These files do not come with MRR (Master Resell Rights).
